Currently, we do not support split payments or multiple cards for a single order. However, you can use any one payment method per order — including Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD). We also accept popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe for a seamless checkout experience.

Yes! We understand that premium boots are an investment. We offer EMI options on select credit cards during checkout. We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the boots must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Please make sure there are no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage. Simply contact our support team within 7 days, and we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup from your doorstep.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account (you'll need to share your bank details). Please note that bank processing times may add an additional 2-3 days.

Yes, absolutely! We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you received the wrong size or want to swap for a different color/variant, just reach out to us. We'll arrange a pickup of the original pair and ship the new one once the return is in transit. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
